Best Deal Computer Services offers a limited one year parts and labor warranty on all new systems.

Software is not warrantied by Best Deal Computer Services and will be subject to a 35 dollar per hour charge.

Removing or tampering with the warranty sticker affixed to the back of all systems will void the warranty.

Physical damage to systems will not be covered.

Used systems:

Best Deal Computer Services offers a limited 30 day warranty on all used systems.

Software is not warrantied by Best Deal Computer Services and will be subject to a 35 dollar per hour charge.

Parts and components:

New components carry a 90 day limited warranty.

OEM processors have a 15 day warranty. Physical damage will not be covered.

Processor sales are final.

Labor:

Labor will not be warrantied.

Systems should be fully backed up before being brought in for service.

Best Deal Computer Services will not be held responsible for any damage or data loss which might occur when systems or components are being serviced.

Systems and components must be picked up within 30 days.

Systems and components left over 30 days will be subject to liquidation.

Software:

No returns or exchanges on software.

Returns and exchanges:

Returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

No returns or exchanges after 7 days.

Returns or cancelled system orders will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

Deposits are non-refundable.
